Menu Plan: Summer (Sept. 2-8)

Breakfasts
-parfaits (yogurt, walnuts, strawberries, granola)
-omelet (eggs,diced bell peppers, diced onions, diced mushrooms), toast, fresh smoothie/juice
-granola cereal with dried berries, banana 
-oatmeal, strawberries, walnuts
-egg sandwich (egg, cheese, canadian bacon, biscuit)  {Tip: make these in advance and keep them in the freezer)


Lunch
-Sausage and broccoli manicotti
-Spaghetti, corn
-Homemade chicago style deep dish pizza
-Southwest salad (salad greens, cheese, roasted corn, cranberries, raisins, homemade tortilla crips) with Southwestern Ranch Dressing
-Broiled salmon with miso glaze, brown rice, brussels sprouts

Dinner
-{breakfast for dinner} eggs, hash browns, bacon
-{repeat} pizza
-Chicken fricasse, purple hull peas, mashed potatoes
-BBQ tofu sandwiches, homemade baked beans, freezer slaw
-Vegetarian hash

Snacks
-fruit (watermelon, bananas)
-peach cobbler
-homemade crackers
-yogurt

  1. Those all sound GREAT! I became a full time homemaker when my son was in 5th grade...that was 19 years ago and I still love it! New follower from the "Monday Meetup"
