OUR MENU PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
*Note: I include links to the recipes if they are available online. Some recipes are from cookbooks we have at home, and while I can't share the recipe I can direct you to the source. Other dishes or meals are created by myself or my husband, and we can do our best to explain how to recreate it. Breakfasts
- yogurt with granola, bagels with cream cheese
- muffins, hardboiled eggs
- bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches
- sausage biscuits
- pop tarts (May not be the healtiest, but they are the easiest when we have to get out the door fairly early for our weekly homeschool co-op)

Lunches
- tuna salad, crackers, dried cranberries
- peanut butter and banana sandwiches, cheese, dried fruit (apricots?), carrots with ranch
- apple slices, peanut butter (in a cup), hardboiled egg, pita/whole grain bread, cheese, other fruit
- ham & cheese sandwiches, berries, celery and carrots with ranch
- veggie mac n' cheese (I toss several handfuls of frozen mixed vegetables in with the water boiling the noodles)
-apple slices, carrots and cucumbers with ranch, pretzels, cheese
Dinners
-pork chops, brussells sprouts, cauliflower, fried apples
- bean enchiladas, rice
- pot roast with carrots, potatoes, celery, onion etc
- spinach quiche
- "jacket potato" fish pie
- (small group dinner) lasagna, bread, salad, green beans
Snacks
- apples
- animal crackers
- treat & tea
- granola bar
- graham crackers (the children love them with peanut butter and sprinkles)
- popcorn
